⚖️ Interoperable Criminal Justice System (ICJS)

Context: The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has announced that the nationwide rollout of the Interoperable Criminal Justice System (ICJS) is progressing as planned. From 1 January 2027, investigations and trials under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA) will be digitally integrated and recorded through the ICJS platform.
